Our Remit
Home Republic was commissioned to design and construct a modern, luxury residence from the ground up. The project encompassed architectural design, structural engineering, interior fit-out, and landscaping, with a focus on creating a light-filled, open-plan living space. A key element of the design was the incorporation of a large, open skylight to flood the interior with natural light.
What We Did
Our team managed the complete construction process, from initial site preparation and foundation laying to the final interior finishes and landscaping. We erected the superstructure, incorporating a large, open skylight to illuminate the central living area. The interior was designed with an open-plan layout, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. High-quality materials and finishes were used throughout, creating a luxurious and contemporary aesthetic.
