We’re Home Republic Ltd, a highly experienced residential building contractor in London, serving the needs of domestic and commercial clients in the capital, within the M25, Surrey and Kent. Based in Wallington in Surrey, we work with a team of 40 staff.
As a longstanding business with an excellent reputation, we have the expertise to work at the larger, more exclusive end of the market. Therefore, our focus is on more significant, bigger-ticket residential projects; you can see some of our finished work here.

Home Republic was founded in 2012 by Alex Strikovs and Igor Mirosnikov, both highly practised construction specialists. We’re a family run enterprise, dedicated to leaving a progressive, optimistic legacy in our community and the environment.

We are Home Republic.
Before founding our company, we had over 10 years’ experience in construction project management on large-scale building projects throughout the UK. Amongst others, we worked for the Soho Group, Modus Group and Berkley Homes. If you’ve seen Soho House, and Soho Hotel and Clubs — these are notable examples of our work.
Also, Vista Village over Chelsea Bridge, and further afield with Limehouse Hotel, one of Britain’s best spa centres in the New Forest.
