Our Remit
Home Republic Limited was engaged to undertake a comprehensive renovation, extension, loft conversion, and landscaping project at 61 Station Road, Thames Ditton. The ambitious vision of our clients included a range of high-end features: smart lighting and blinds control, an internal braai (barbecue), a bespoke luxury kitchen, underfloor heating, air conditioning, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems, an external kitchen and jacuzzi, a cedar-clad outbuilding, floating corner patio doors, and a resin driveway. This project required intricate coordination of multiple parties and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and a flawless result.
What We Did
We meticulously redesigned and expanded the existing structure, optimizing the use of space while preserving the home’s original character. The loft was transformed into a luxurious living space with ample natural light and stunning views. We then designed and implemented an outdoor oasis, complete with an external kitchen, jacuzzi, and a spacious outbuilding.
Smart lighting, blinds, and climate control systems were seamlessly integrated to enhance comfort and convenience. The bespoke kitchen, braai, and custom-made furniture were crafted with the finest materials and exceptional attention to detail. Top of the range luxurious finishes were applied to all bedrooms, the office, three living rooms, and the open-plan kitchen diner, creating an opulent and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.
To ensure energy efficiency and a healthy living environment, we incorporated underfloor heating, air conditioning, and MVHR systems. Throughout the project, we meticulously coordinated the work of architects, engineers, designers, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient project timeline.
