Our Remit
To deliver this ultimately successful project, we used a combination of integrated communications from start to finish:
— neighbour notices with details of our company, project duration, 24 hours contact, party wall arrangements
— integrated hoarding board with project timer, noise decibel measuring screen, running line (ticker), etc
— professional managing of all stakeholders from structural engineer and party wall surveyor to various suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
What We Did
Complete extra-large open-plan area (over 1200 sqft) required solid steel work, proper planning and coordination of work.
Still, our clients comfortably lived in and worked from the house during of the project.
