Home Republic Limited was commissioned to carry out a comprehensive transformation of252 Clapham Road. The project entailed a substantial renovation, extension, loft conversion,and landscaping, with the goal of creating a luxurious and modern home that seamlesslyintegrates classic architectural elements with contemporary design. Our clients envisioneda sophisticated and comfortable space with high-end features, bespoke finishes, and smarthome technology.
What We Did
We reimagined the existing structure, optimizing space and incorporating a newly excavatedbasement level. The basement was transformed into an opulent entertainment area,complete with a custom bar, plush seating, and a dramatic tin ceiling. A classic red phonebooth adds a touch of whimsy to the space. The loft was converted into a lavish living areabathed in natural light, while the outdoor space was transformed into a private retreat,complete with an external kitchen and jacuzzi.
The interior design showcases a harmonious blend of classic and modern elements. Bespokefurniture, curated artwork, and designer finishes were carefully selected to create aninviting atmosphere. Architectural details like ornate cornices, panelled walls, andherringbone wooden flooring add a touch of timeless elegance, while modern lightingfixtures and smart home systems provide comfort and convenience.
A state-of-the-art gym and a spacious walk-in wardrobe were also added, catering to ourclients’ desire for a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle.
