Home Republic Ltd was appointed to deliver a high-end external transformation to this stunning property in Bromley. The brief focused on extending and enhancing the home’s usable space while elevating its overall elegance and outdoor functionality.

What We Did

We designed and built a contemporary rear extension that introduced more natural light and improved the interior layout, featuring full height sliding doors and a central skylight. Alongside this, we constructed a bespoke outhouse designed to mirror the main property’s aesthetic, creating a private, multi-purpose space within the garden. Our team also carried out complete landscaping works, which included porcelain patio finishes, clean border detailing, soft planting schemes, tree installation, and turfing to unify the outdoor space.

The Result

The finished project is a seamless blend of timeless architecture and modern lifestyle. The extension and outhouse feel naturally integrated with the main home, while the landscape design adds softness, structure, and sophistication. This residence now stands as a showcase of precision craftsmanship and refined living, inside and out.
