Appointed to deliver a high-end transformation to a private residence in Surrey, the project aimed to enhance and extend internal and external spaces. The focus was on maximizing natural light, modernizing finishes, and creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior living areas. This required meticulous planning, bespoke design, and refined construction.
What We Did
Executed enabling works and selective demolition to prepare for a contemporary rear extension featuring full height glazing and a custom skylight. Delivered a full internal refurbishment, including new partitions, upgraded services, premium finishes, and detailed decoration, alongside installation of bespoke kitchens and bathrooms. Completed landscaping with paved patios, crisp borders, soft planting, and turfing to unify and elevate the outdoor space.

The extension and interiors offer fluid layouts and abundant natural light, while the landscaped gardens provide structure and softness.
