Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS)

Industry recognition is, and remains, key to our success as a business.

We’re pleased to have been awarded several categories in this important, high-profile accreditation scheme:

We registered with the scheme in 2016, and won our first silver award that year as a business with an annual turnover of under £250k.

Then, we won additional silver and bronze awards, coming top in 2019 and 2020 with the Gold awards, as well as a Runners Up title for the Most Considerate National Construction Company for a business under £3.5m turnover.

Federation of Master Builders

Home Republic has been a member of the Federation of Master Builders since 2016.

The FMB holds those who carry its accreditation to account on a regular basis, with site visits and regular monitoring. Their approach meets ours; high standards, and a superior quality of workmanship.

We follow its principles and Code of Practice at all times, promoting their values with every project. Equally, we’re active members, regularly taking part, and voting in members’ meetings.

In 2021 we started by winning Best London Bathroom award for the stylish shower room under roof eaves.

At the next major event in 2023 Home Republic collected 3 Master Builder awards in London top categories:

Best Commercial Project for the 3m reconstruction of the community central in Hendon
House Builder Award for a high-spec new-build house constructed in residential streets of Wimbledon
Best Company of the Year award

Half year later, at the National grand event where only local award winners competed, we became UK’s Construction Company of the Year — an award which gave a lot of motivation to ourselves and reassurance to all our perspective clients.
