At Home Republic Ltd, we are a professional construction company specialising in developing home space and fulfilling bright ideas. We build new houses and provide complete renovations, extensions, loft and basement conversions across London, Surrey and Kent.

Before founding Home Republic Ltd in 2012, both co-founders Alex and Igor had over ten years’ experience in constructing project management on large scale building projects across the UK in companies such as Soho Group, Modus Group and Berkley Homes. We have created Vista Village over Chelsea Bridge, Soho Hotel and Clubs, Soho House and Limehouse Hotel in New Forest national park with Britain’s best spa centre.
