2012
Alex Strikovs & Igor Mirosnikovs created Home Republic Limited and undertook their first house renovation contract in Waterloo for the sum of £70,000. This move was based on their vast industry experience working as a project manager in commercial construction for Link to Build ltd, Modus Group and Soho Group Construction. Since then, Home Republic has grown into a business with 2.5 million annual turnover that enjoys constant growth and year-to-year development.
First Logo is Taking Shape
2013
Home Republic wins its first significant tender to fitout Hotel Rafayel-on-the-Left-Bank of the river Thames.
2014
Home Republic builds luxurious 4000 square feet penthouse over the top of the Falcon Wharf building. £370K development at the time generated £4.5 million income to client.

2015
Home Republic Limited signs maintenance contract with Commandment Managing Agents to undertake complete refurbishment of Woodland Crescent residential estate in Canada Water. Number of additional projects increases to over 15 per year.
At the same time, Home Republic starts its own bespoke furniture production.

2016
Home Republic registers with Considerate Constructors Scheme and wins its first national silver award. It proves to be one of the most important steps facilitating long-term growth and business success.

Home Republic develops close relationship with leading London architects such as Bluelime and RESI, which pushes the number of significant projects to over 30 per year.
New website launched. Significant time invested into developing strategy, marketing approach, policies and codes.

Home Republic undertakes several amazing projects across London, significantly expanding its portfolio of luxurious developments.
2019
Company wins its first gold award in Considerate Contractors Scheme and becomes a runner-up to the Most Considerate National Company in 2020.
2020
Home Republic creates new website you are currently browsing, builds several beautiful residential houses, embraces community and environment initiatives and continues its development safely and steadily even through COVID-19 pandemic.
