Home Republic offers both sets of skills in-house. With everything coordinated to the highest standards, you’ll liaise with just ONE company.
The architectural skills we draw on are truly superb. Our construction quality standards, equally so. This is literally the best of both worlds for an outstanding, timely result.

We’re at your service, and will listen closely to what you need — not TELL you what you need. Talk to us about your property, what you’re after, and much else besides.
Regarding budget, Home Republic is all about quality. Whilst we’re cheerful, we’re never cheap and cheerful. And, neither would you want us to be. Your standards are as high as ours. With us, your quote will be fair, realistic and assuming that there are no further change requests once we agree and start, the price you receive in writing will be the one you will pay.
Of note: there’s no deposit to pay. We work with staged payments, to help you with better cash flow.

Time Frames
The team always tries to programme and schedule work accurately. Modesty aside, we’re high-end design and build residential contractors in London — with a waiting list. Why? Because our reputation precedes us, and we’re in demand.
Occasionally, we have cancellations and may be able to accommodate you, but you should expect a lead time of a minimum of 8 weeks.

Not only are we greener builders, we recognise that the local community is for everyone. So, we’ll keep your neighbourhood fully aware of the project before it happens. Also, we’ll keep noise and disruption to an absolute minimum, for you and your neighbours.
Your At-Home Promise
We’re prompt, punctual and extremely respectful if you and your home. Your construction team will all wear branded uniforms, carry identification and will if necessary protect your project from view with discreet, in-keeping screens. These will display full information and contact details.

Home Republic uses advanced project management software. This powerful cloud-based system helps us to streamline our projects to efficient perfection — or, as much as we can. There’s no duplication of resources and effort, meaning that everyone works to full capacity.
We learn from every project we do, and with a continuous learning approach, we’re keen to examine and challenge everything we do.
We’ll keep you up to speed with progress, overseeing the day to day running of your project, trouble shooting and problem-solving where necessary.
