Client & Resident Protection: We implement stringent site management protocols to minimize disruption and ensure the safety of residents throughout the construction process. This involves maintaining clear access routes, controlling noise and dust levels, and conducting regular site inspections.
Public Safety: We erect robust hoardings and clear signage to prevent unauthorized access to sites. Pedestrian walkways are protected, and traffic management plans are implemented to ensure public safety.
Dust Suppression: We employ advanced dust suppression techniques, such as water dampening and extraction systems, to minimize airborne dust and protect the health of workers, residents, and the public.
Employee Protection: We provide comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific hazards of our sites. Our employees are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and empowered to report any safety concerns. Employee Welfare

Preventing Work-Related Illness

We do whatever is reasonably practical to prevent work-related illness, so we:

Have implemented a health and safety management system
Have access to reliable medical advice on occupational health
Assess the risks associated with a particular job or role, and reduce them through the appropriate control measures
Conduct workstation assessments including DSE training and eye tests for those using computers
Have developed safe working practices, providing employees with appropriate information, instruction and training
Carry out health surveillance to identify early health problems
Provide Personal Protective Equipment and training in its use
Take a zero tolerance approach to the misuse of drugs and alcohol
Routinely monitor health and safety management activities
Conduct environmental surveys of office and sites to ensure hygiene and safety
Carry out pre-employment screening to help ensure that people are not placed in roles that will aggravate existing or past conditions
Ensure the provision of qualified First Aid Staff and facilities.

When an employee does become ill, we manage the absence and do what we can to help the individual return to work as soon as practical.

Our Health, Safety and Welfare Policy is reviewed each year by Health, Safety and Environment Managers.

On-site checklists are used to verify compliance with safety procedures, while comprehensive site inductions educate all personnel on potential risks and emergency procedures.

We also engage independent health and safety advisors to conduct regular site inspections, providing expert assessments and recommendations for further improvement.
