Stages of the New Build Project:
Project
Site Survey
Our site survey will consist of a visit from our flexible inspection team at an available date and time to suit you. The survey will determine the current site and planning conditions for the prospect of the build that you want to achieve.
Design
This is where the professional design team will commence working with you to prepare the first draft designs.
Planning
If you don’t already have planning permission, leave it to us as we will fully prepare and submit your application for you. Not only that, our supported team will be there throughout the 8-week decision process.
Structural
The Build
There are many stages to the actual build, and each will be completed by our expert team of craftsmen, following the programme to construct the build you desire.
Interior/Finishing Up
This is the step where the home starts to come together; flooring, kitchen, and bathroom cabinets, finished electrical and plumbing, wall trims and even paint. We carry out all these stages for you to the very best outcome. Dreams Construct Reality!
