Our Remit
Home Republic was tasked with transforming a 3-bedroom house in Bromleythrough a comprehensive renovation and the addition of a wrap-around double-storyextension. The brief was to create a more spacious, open-plan kitchen and diningarea with a separate utility room, while incorporating modern design elements toenhance both functionality and style. The goal was to deliver a home that feltbrighter and more expansive, while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere forfamily living.
What We Did
We executed a double-story extension that dramatically increased the home’s livingspace, with standout features such as a curved corner extension with a matchingfull-height glass screen that offers a stunning view of the garden. The exterior of thehouse was finished with a sleek snow-white silicone render, giving the home astriking appearance, especially at night. Inside, extra-wide sliding doors flood theliving areas with natural light, while water underfloor heating and tile flooring wereinstalled throughout the ground floor. To add a touch of character, antique-style wallpanels were fitted around the main entrance.
The Result
The renovation was a resounding success, and the homeowners were delighted withthe final product.
