What We Did

The resulting penthouse is divided into four luxury suites, each with separatebedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, study areas, and children’s play spaces. Inaddition to the family kitchen, a large central hub was designed to accommodateboth social gatherings and intimate family moments. To ensure comfort andsustainability, the apartment features a natural cross-ventilation system, low-energycooling and heating solutions, electric underfloor heating in all bathrooms, and low-energy LED lighting throughout. A state-of-the-art wireless Sonos surround soundsystem is installed in all rooms, operated via individual room iPads or mobile apps, while energy-efficient appliances and fixtures maximize eco-friendliness.
