Our Remit
Home Republic was engaged to deliver a side-to-rear extension that seamlesslyintegrates indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a luxurious and functionalenvironment. The project included intricate design details such as designerbrickwork, a bespoke kitchen, slim-profile Origin sliding doors, and custom-madegarden furniture. Our goal was to expand the home’s living area while ensuring asmooth connection to the outdoors, providing a space perfect for both entertainingand family life. A dedicated project manager was assigned to oversee the entireprocess, ensuring quality control and efficient communication from start to finish.
What We Did
We designed and built an open-plan space featuring large-format kitchen floor tilesthat flow seamlessly into the patio, creating a continuous transition between theindoor and outdoor areas. The modern kitchen boasts a white glossy finish with acontrasting black quartz worktop and matching island, perfect for social gatherings.The extension is illuminated by vast skylights, while the top-of-the-range slidingdoors provide panoramic views of the newly landscaped garden. At the front, wereconstructed the lobby, adding a new porch with oak front doors and pillars, whilethe outdoor space was transformed with a raised patio, designer retainer wall, andnon-slip tiles for safety and style.
The Result
The final result exceeded our client’s expectations, providing a stunning,multifunctional space that combines luxury with practicality. Rakesh and Alka, thehomeowners, were impressed by the high standard of work and minimal disruptionthroughout the build. They praised Home Republic’s transparent budgeting, excellentworkmanship, and attention to detail. The seamless integration of indoor andoutdoor spaces, combined with the use of designer materials and bespoke features,has created a home that is both elegant and welcoming.
