This spacious 3-bedroom family house benefited from rear extension with large open-plan, completely redeveloped garden, fully opendriveway and high spec gym in the old detached garage adjacent to rear garden.

Client relied heavily on our design team, as he only had a basic layout provided by planners.We used every corner of the house to maximize space and make it work for purpose, e.g. we added fully-functional shower room and WC under main stairs, while still leaving space for manifold cupboard and small storage for robotic hoover in a lower section. Large garden was an inspiration, we levelled it up for step-freeaccess from the side path and converted garage into a high-tech gymtransferrable into guest annex when necessary.

Clients’ satisfaction and long-term durability is our top priority. We achieved successful completion of this project within 14 weeks, allowing our client and his family spend Christmas at home. We were invited to Christmas party and given presents, but in return we prepared complete User Manual and purchased several sophisticated smart bulbs for our technology-embracing client. We are still in touch and are good friends.
