This stunning house has been completely renovated with the garage conversion, kitchen & diner open-plan and loft conversion containing master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and spacious ensuite bathroom, making young couple’s dream come true.

Another great project with top London design team – Conrad Margoles Architects.

To maximise space and light we converted loft space and installeda number of Velux windows in the pitched roof. All bedrooms were fitted with handmade bespoke joinery to allow for all storage needs. By installing new double-glazed sash windows, wepreserved original design features of the property and maintained architectural heritage of the area.

The end result is a beautiful family house in the heart of Hammersmith with many practical features. Fixed skylight provides light and glimpses into the stairwell. Open-plan area is zoned with themodern traditional-looking kitchen and relax area. Garage conversion provided space for diner and hi-spec utility room, while adding see-through light to the ground floor.

Ryan & Olivia Say:

We recently completed a double storey extension to the rear of our property with Home Republic.

We chose them because we felt, from our first meetings with Alex and Igor, that they were professional, friendly and very well-informed. They reassured us from the beginning, and we felt we were in good hands.

Now our project is complete, we are extremely pleased with the result and would not change a thing. The work has been done to an exceptionally high standard and was completed on schedule. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team; we found them to be organised, hard-working and considerate at all times. They are already pencilled in for our next project.
