By carrying out full reconstruction, side and rear extensionsfor open plan kitchen&dinging area, loft conversionand new bathrooms we brought the house up to exceed current standards.

This stunning house on one of the Putney streets has had a complete architectural redesign in line with modern-day living. Home Republics brief was to extend at ground and loft level, flood the house with natural light and create liveable spaces for a growing family’s needs.

Home Republic worked closely with the clients to establish the best internal layouts to provide them with a house that was optimised to how they and their family were going to use it. We approached the project by demolishing the entire old house but the front wall and rebuilding it to the highest standards of contemporary construction with smart lighting control, built-in furniture, sophisticated pocked/pivot doors and efficient underfloor heating system.

Full-width family kitchen is in pole position at back of the house. This huge space has a full width glass roof over the extension, new flooring continuing throughout the whole ground floor, new bespoke kitchen and utility room.
Overall, this stylish colourful family home works on every level and is a joy to live.

We worked with Home Republic on our family house in Putney. The project involved demolition, rebuild part of the house and renovating the whole house. We were extremely impressed by how professional every one of the team was. Alex was friendly and knowledgeable. His attention to detail and always searching for perfection made the job easy for us. Have recommended them to many of our friends.
