A new build house constructed over the three floors with a contemporary design and inspiring design features.

The house is a mixture of solid silicone-rendered walls enhanced with cladding features and complimented by aluminium glass windows and doors creating a light, spacious and view-inspiring home.

Interior works included a new contemporary kitchen, a large entrance hall, spacious homey bedroomsand multiple bathroomswith the bespoke jacuzzi suite in the attic.

We worked very closely with the client to develop and bring to life his interior design vision. Our close and trustful relationship made the project a joy to work on.

Home Republic are a very impressive outfit. I contracted Alex and his team to undertake a demolition and anew build project for our growing family. Alex was always on hand to offer advice, help with key decisions on design and resolve any problems along the way. His attention to detail and responsiveness was fantastic.All of the workers on site, without exception, were polite, pleasant and worked exceptionally hard.

During the renovation the team worked well with me being the interior designer, generating a very constructive dialogue around the art of the possible. Through the execution phase Igor (the project manage) proved an excellent judge in knowing when to ask for input and when to get on with things. He was a pleasure to work with – easy-going and good-humoured but enormously professional about getting the work done to an extremely high standard. The quality of the finish was outstanding, and the management team was diligent in following up on snagging issues.

Perhaps most surprisingly of all, the final cost came in withthe significantly savings and without the quality ever compromised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any large-scale residential project.
