Unused parking space was utilised to create a high-endart-studio for our client – an artist Vibha Nanda.

We created a shell to correspond to the area and the style of the main house and then fitted it out with everything essential for creating art, including workshop, toolswashing area, storage, meeting room, relaxation room, kitchenette, bathroom and a large display hall in the loft.

Beautiful artwork enlightened the space almost the same way as large windows all around the house and French doors leading onto patio with stylish pergola and retractable sun shade.

A fully independent suite filled-in with comfort features and light can potentially become a separate house with a snap of fingers.
