Working closely with Trevor Horne architectural studio, Home Republic constructed this exceptional penthouse over the existing roof to create luxurious space in the heart of London and open up amazing views over lustrous London City skyline.

On top of the 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the new penthouse included 2 separate roof terraces and access to the lower level via architectural iron-cast spiral staircase.

We were involved in the project from the early stages, providing our expertise and advice all the way with designing the space, drawing mechanical and electrical specifications and sourcing high-end materials.

Penthouse benefits from the full-height windows, air conditioning and underfloor heating systems, smart lighting control and bespoke furniture, which all make it a unique rooftop dwelling over prestigious London streets.

We recently completed a major construction project using Home Republic Limited, and we must say we are extremely satisfied with the results.
