This terrific side-to-rear extension was crafted with a lot of details and design features, such as designer’s brickwork, bespoke kitchen, incredible slim-profiled Origin sliding doors and made-to-measure garden furniture.

Throughout the process, our client was assigned a dedicated project manager, who was present on site from the day one till the very end to manage the build, answer any questions, ensure the strict quality control and meet the deadlines. We also created a dedicated online phone communication channel to check the progress of the build, monitor changes, meetings and upcoming payments.

Our client was very happy with the end result, featuring stunning large format kitchen floor tiles seamlessly transforming into patio and a superb modern white kitchen with matching glossy island and contrasting black quartz worktops.

The open plan design is perfect for hosting and entertaining guests or spending quality time with family. Vast skylights hit internal areas with the natural light, while immense, top of the range sliding doors provide panoramic views into the newly landscaped garden.

We reconstructed the lobby and added a new porch with luxurious oak front doors and pillars to the side.

But the man design feature of the project was the outdoor space. At the front, we created an arched gateway to a side passage. Extension was built with the designers bricks and roofing tiles, bespoke pointing and multiple stylish bricklaying features. At the back we created a full width raised patio with luxurious non-slip outdoor tiles. There is a seamless threshold to sliding doors, meaning that the patio space is at exactly the same level as the main house. It then transforms into a designer’s retainer wall and staircase leading into the garden.
