The brief from the client was to completely revamp theirhousein a beautiful spot of South Croydon Hill by creating a statement residence flooded with light and decorated in pastel colours.

Living space was dramatically increased by double-storey side-to-rear extension and partially converted garage, providing spacious open-plan kitchen & diner, 2 additional ensuite bedrooms, hi-tech utility controlling sophisticated underfloor heating system and stunning showpiece bathrooms to meets the client’s requirements.

We are proud to have been part of this project, helping to create a wonderful house which meets the needs of the client as well as demonstrating the practicalities of thereconstructed house.
